The room stinks of mould and not very clean, dusr under the bed. There is no fridge in the room. The towels are well used. ( It has to be replaced every 3 months)

I stayed in this hotel due to massive black out happened in...
I stayed in this hotel due to massive black out happened in almost all part of java island in Indonesia quite recently. The check in process was chaos and a nightmare, we waited more than 3 hours just to check in to the room. The receptionist staff was totally unprepared to handle emergency situation like massive number of guests checking in at the same time. The queue line was very long and they did not separate the queue line for the guests who have booked the hotel and the walk-in guests who did not have any bookings at the property yet. They should be trained and there should be manager on duty at all times to handle situation such as this. They showed inconsistent behavior and more lenient towards guests who are more aggressive and intimidating. The restaurant has only one staff standby at the cashier, this one staff goes back and forth to the kitchen so when I ordered food the staff was not there, it took more than 1 hour to prepare my order (I just ordered nasi cap cay at the moment) and the restaurant was not busy at all, I only saw a few guests dining there. Obviously, they lack of manpower too.

All right, nothing special
The amenities like bottled water was consistently filled and extra bottles were put in on the counter and in the fridge
The first night, the bathroom was not clean, we didn't have towels and the soap dispenser was empty. I moved to the couch and there was an outline of dust under it. The water to fill the bathtub was coming out Brown, I had to let it run for a few minutes before I would come clear
